Fast and efficient, had a horrible experience with prior company they were taking too long like 6 months until finally i saw a person i knew from somewhere else and because i know how good she is, i trusted her and everything went so fast like it was so supposed to!

Everybody that I talked treated me like I was their number 1 customer. They all made sure I understood every step and made sure all questions were answered.
I tried to refinance my original loan. I tried some loan companies, some are not efficient(means QL/RM did not understand what I wanted and I had to tell them again and again the same thing, so I gave up! ) The most important thing for me is dealing with NICE people/company. LoanDepot has the nicest people working and they are also very patient with me. I got a better interest rate and happy with their services all the way to my goal.Thank you !
