For the most part they were good to work with. Does seem like it took a bit longer to get closed than it should have but I had read many previous reviews and I stayed on top of our refinance and we closed within 30 days. *************************** and **** kept in touch and were quick to get back with me on any questions or concerns that my husband and I had.Submitted by ************************* co borrower
Loan Depot loan officers worked hard for us to refinance our mortgage. Our interest rate and payment went down significantly. Our payment is now $200.00 a month less with the new rate *****%. We are well pleased with our experience with Loan Depot.

The refinancing process went smoothly, much smoother than my regular bank. When I had an issue with setting up automated repayments on their website, the service rep enrolled me over the phone--one call and done.

The whole process was a WOW experience for me from when ******* on-board me till when ******** close the transaction.
I would be very careful, did two loans with them, first one was great no issues, then they got popular and lost sight of what made them great. The 2nd one was a nightmare, once I got my Senior advisor, you need to pull teeth to get an answer and when all the steps are done they come in with new closing costs. Not a great experience, but maybe it was just my Senior Advisor and not the company in whole.
This loan company is better than the Bank mortgage department. Refinance with them was a great decision.
Fantastic pro job. Entire staff was so helpful. Always returned calls. Always gave up front answers. ??????
