I checked for mortgage rates on Lending Tree. These people have literally called me 75 times in 2.5 days. I would NEVER do business with this company. I can't imagine what would happen if you happened to miss a payment.
I don't know what happened to our experience with loanDepot, but sadly, it's a bad one.We had 3 major issues happen with them, and plenty of other smaller things..1. They sent our property tax payment to wrong parcel, then refused to credit us back or pay the correct parcel. After 2.5 months of back and forth, our County Treasurer had to go after them and finally fix the issue.2.
