So let me start of by saying I shop around for my rates. Some companies would say, Hey send me Loan Depots Estimate and I bet I can beat itJust to call me back up and say, no there is no way I can beat it and I would be careful because I dont see how they can give you that rate with 0 points. worst experience with a financial institution that I've ever had. I would have rather of been declined. No one communicated internally. They never knew what was going on from one day to the next. calculated my income at 50% after 30 days into the process, and no one could tell me how it why. I finally told them to cancel everything and I'll go else where. please read all reviews on sites. go elsewhere. You won't regret it.

Loan Depot has an amazing interaction with costumes. They take time to explain the process, and to answer the questions. At the same time, they work fast and effective.
We are very happy with our Refi cash out loan that we got from LoanDepot. It was a very quick and easy process. Our loan ******** ****** and loan processor, **** were very courteous and professional. There was a little glitch with the wiring of fund at the end but it was the Title Company's fault. At the end, everything went well. We will definitely use LoanDepot again, that's for sure.
