Excellent on return calls and emails, mostly same day. Appraisal was as I expected, albeit the Appraiser was a bit slow on completing/submitting. Notary was excellent and easy to understand. After the 3 day right to cancel, the loan closed within 3 days after. Thanks for good efficient job !
