My Loan Depot experience went well because the two women helping my through it were knowledgeable, quick to respond to my questions, and because the paperwork is user-friendly and easy to understand. Only one glitch: original quote on my cash return of $623 ended up being $212. Hmmm

Loandepot is better than Rocket Mortgage. The fees are significantly lower. The process at the beginning is very fast, they are attentive to any questions you have. Requested any paperwork is needed. But at the end when everything goes to the loan processor it gets stack, like they do not care anymore. I have to keep calling asking what was missing that it was taking longer than expected and then it is when they said they needed more paperwork, it wen like that until the end.
