After the horror show of trying to refinance thru the bank this was a welcomed relief. The entire process was quick and more importantly stress free. Anything needed was easily addressed through ********** portal . Any questions were answered on the same day after being clearly explained .

The buyers of my house used Loan Depot. Close was supposed to occur on Oct. 29, 2021. But they were not "READY", even though they had 2 months prior to complete loan. As of this writing, it is Nov. 4, and they still are putting everyone off. My close for a new purchase is supposed to be tomorrow. Utilities had been notified, internet, home owner's, internet, change of address--the multiple companies that have to be notified of a move. As of now, I still don't know what the status is.
