My loan officer knows his stuff he was very nice to me because he knew I had a horrible experience with Amerisave, they are awful. ******* was attentive and I received the payment I asked for without any ********* would do business with him again. The service was great and the staff was even greater. They went through the whole process so smoothly and nothing was left out when explaining the procedures and what they were working on. On my initial contact with Loan Depot the rep put a figure out there of $50,000 cash back.That fit what I was looking for and I told him that if he could get that amount as cash back I would enter into the refinance process.The process itself is difficult. But throughout I kept getting estimates and updates that showed cash out at well below the initial number that had drawn me into working with this lender. After 16 years in a high adjustable rate mortgage, my interest rate is stagnating at 9% for years. Refinancing was not a fun experience in the past as I was turned down several times, including by Loan Depot, because I didn't have equity in my home. However my credit improved.
