The initial contact was great. Loan officer was helpful and knowledgeable. Once the loan was passed to the processor it went down hill. Correspondence is poor, attention to detail is poor, did not seem to know what was going on with the account and everything is last minute. This was a 45 day escrow and they are still trying to finish up paperwork on the last day to try and close. I am buying land and an additional house after we close. Loan Depot has been absolutely wonderful to work with! Chase and ***** were both very knowledgeable, polite, professional and on point with every aspect of my refinancing. I had a cash out refinance on my paid off home due financial constraints resulting from the Co-vid 19 pandemic. I had a streamlined experience from start to finish. Everyone was courteous, professional and explained everything satisfactorily. There were a few frustrating moments, but you must remember the guidelines and regulations that they are required to operate within. No better feeling than getting the final approval and dispersion of funds. I gladly recommend them.

It was an interesting experience and not at all uncomfortable. The team of people at Loan Depot know what they are doing and do their best to make the entire process of refinancing as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Loan Depot for refinancing and/or new home purchase.
