Today, the relationship between the customer and companies is adversarial. My loan officer and the rest of his team made sure I had all the info I needed to make the best decision. It felt as if he was working for me and not the company or his own self-interest. After a couple of calls, I no longer felt like I constantly needed to be on guard and it started to feel like a team trying to help me get the best deal. This was my second mortgage with Loan Depot and I'm still very happy.

This was our first time using LoanDepot. I would use them again if need be. The folks we worked with were efficient, returned our calls and questions in a timely manner, and patient with explanations. One or 2 small hiccups at the end but all is well.

The process seemed to take forever ,but in the end it was all worth the wait. Im so excited I got the home of my dreams at an excellent price. The communication was efficient ,even though the emails got a little confusing with the numbers and pricing. The agent explained the everything well enough for me to trust the process. All I can say is that it all worked out for the best. Im forever thankful.

I will never deal with LoanDepot again. The sales people were friendly and helpful. The underwriters were stubborn and never called me back. The underwriters kept asking for something that doesn't exist. When I requested that they call me back so I could explain, they never did. The other issue is that I have enough in my *** to cover the loan I was requesting, but I didn't want to take the hit from the **** The loan % is less.
