Everything was fine, without one thing: the day we had a closing; I was told that, the cash I will receive was $3,150.32. Finally I received only $1,700.00. For that I am not happy.

Paperwork process was a piece of cake. **** was VERY unprofessional and not enjoyable to deal with. ***** was condescending every time you spoke with her. It took over 6 weeks to close our simple refinance and another week to get our money.
