Would give 0 stars if I could.It takes ***** days to close a loan. My home purchase was delayed and they didn't provide any financial compensation.The loan agent is rude, ghosting, being super rude talking over the phone. Be good to yourself and choose another company.

A very professional team at Loan Depot. They made the refinance process very smooth, responded quickly to questions, and communicated well every step of way. I also felt they were trustworthy, friendly, and straight forward with the numbers...which can get complex at times.

No one responded to my online msg sent from my account (when they did call 1-2 monthes later, I checked my account and my message history was blank. The 1st loan officer I talked to was garbled and seemed misrepresenting; the 2nd loan officer I talked to required $8000 cash-out and used a rate that was 2% higher than advertised. I keep reading mixed reviews, but this company helped me refinance with total ease. My funds were deposited straight into my account in about a week. They really do all the hard work, and you just have to sit back and relax. The agents I worked with were very kind and personable. Through the years I have had nine or 10 mortgage loans, and by Far and Away I had my best experience ever with loandepot. Samir was in charge of my mortgage and he was extremely fast, very straight up and very quick to respond to my questions and emails and phone calls. Very positive experience w/ a refi loan for a ********** home. The Loan Depot team identified me as a good candidate for a VA loan, which has very favorable terms and no closing costs. Other lenders with which I have worked missed this somehow. Customer Service team was very attentive, and the largely online application and document submission process worked well.
