Awesome! The refinance process was effortless and I was so glad to work with Khash and *****. I almost refinanced with a mortgage company that could not keep their word for looking out for their own interest. They kept my cost down and significantly lower than the mortgage company I was already with. Loan Depot is the best!

Not at all happy with the entire refinance process.This was my third refinance and it was by far the most confusing and most time consuming with miscommunication from start to finish.I had to do two settlements/ closings and the second Notary was rude.

Shady **** had decided to change our agreed appraisal value of my home to ensure a lower percentage rate without discussing it with me. I found this upon recieving my conditional loan approval. When I asked **** about this, he replied that he felt comfortable with the inflated apprasial and that if the actual appraisal fell short that, the diffrence would roll into the mortgage loan. Not at all happy with our loan refinance experience with Loan Depot. When we reached out for help and explanations via email our inquiries were completely ignored. From the initial telephone conversation with Loan Depot we explained the reason for our refinance was to split off a vacant lot from the lot containing our home so we could sell the vacant lot.
