Training is completely lacking. Management doesn't help at all. This company doesn't have any idea how to function, train, teach, or help their employees or customers. People are constantly quitting. The pay is good but the stress is not worth it and if you are a new hire noone has your back or will give you any appreciation or value you as an employee or help you as a customer.

Used them for a Cash Out Refinance... every team member I dealt with was very helpful through the entire process. My favorite part was how communicative they were every step of the way so I was never in the dark as to what was coming next.

Friendly when first making contact. Went downhill from there. Numerous delays on Loan Depot's end and then that wanted to raise the price of my loan fees because the market had changed. Took over FOUR MONTHS to get the loan done. They were slow to respond, forgot to send necessary paperwork to the company with my second mortgage. Seemed delay was planned to get more money out of me. Be careful and continual stay on them to get things done.

VERY POOR!! Communication skills and lack of knowledge on loans. I explained to the loan consultant that I already had an appraisal a couple of days ago, and he agreed I probably wouldn't need another one. I did give my card info for the AGREED amount of ***** to the lock-in rate. The following day I decided that I wasn't going with Loan Depot and never sent in my needed Documents to proceed with the process. Where to begin! I would give no stars if that were an option, however, one will do. We recently refinanced our house and were pleasantly surprised at our new Monthly Mortgage Payment. In fact, we asked numerous times while signing paperwork if it was the correct amount and they continued to confirm that it was.
