i have a mortgage with loan Depot i was never late .i was once late i call told them it was due to Covis they told me they can't help me .i told them just updates it was late due to Covid .they told me it not their job disgusting

Applied with Better Rocket and Loan Depot and my loan was funded timely with Loan Depot. Very professional not misleading like one lender. Process very stream lined. Didn't get close to closing and asked for additional information. Everything that was required for funding was requested upfront no surprises.

Loandepot who is super fast has their officers knew what they were doing quick callbacks answered any question I had no small or complicated no question Was ignored. Start to finish it did not take long. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Fall of 2021 we completed a cashout refinance. Two hours before closing the cash back to borrower was dropped by $3762 for property taxes. Property tax **** is actually $3287. LoanDepot has refused to explain where the other $475 went, despite several emails to our Loan Processor *************************** and his supervisor ***********************. ****** also failed to respond to emailed questions early in the loan process.
