Loan Depot employees were rude and verbally abusive in trying to coerce me into accepting a **** percent LOAN. They called me on 3 consecutive days trying to shame me into the LOAN that I did not want. I am a disabled Veteran and was looking to reduce my present LOAN by as close to one percent as possible. I told them the first day I did not want the LOAN that they offered and they continued to call me trying to force their offer down my throat. Thank you!
