I just walked away I went to get a loan and at some point LD switched it to a refinance. Not sure how you refinance a home you do not own but I am sure a lot of people would be interested in that process (maybe not honest people). We were all set to close when the escrow company brought this up to us. My bad for not noticing the change but still not sure how LD got to it. Email had a super great deal and sent to me directly however Loan Depot says there was never that rate but they could offer a ***** rate. I bit and said ok only to find out that that rate was after a fee points being added to the loan. When the final ************* papers were signed (3 months later) it had the wrong parcel number plus the 2 insurance company were incorrect. I get the same advertisement from this company every single day. I go to the mailbox, and I get the same letter in a different envelope. This kind of practice should be banned given the current situation with the environment. Think about all the trees that are wasted writing the same letter over and over and over. How could they possibly think that sending me the same letter 200 times would change my mind about something? It's a waste of money for them and a huge waste of paper. Our "loan consultant" was helpful to begin the process, however after we completed the initial application to get pre-qualified, then he was non-responsive ...that is until we chose to use another lender. At that point, he became a high pressured salesman. We told him that we chose another lender and he continued to repeatedly call us and send us emails. He even progressed our loan for conditional approval without our consent. We didn't sign any disclosure documents or any other documentation. This is very alarming! Don't fa... read more

Excellent customer service but 'overloaded' with work based on their good interest rates. The work overload suggest that they lack adequate manpower, but may also help in keeping processing costs low. Process was the longest I ever experienced since I have been refinancing as a VA mortgagee.They do not allow you to choose an appraiser from among their lot. I ended up with an appraiser who was professionally inappropriate in his presentation, his work behavior and his inappropriate conversation while in my home

This has been the BEST experience we have ever had. We have done this before and never have been satisfied with the result. ********************* was absolutely AMAZING !!!! all of our options were explained thoroughly. He made us feel like apart of the family .. I wish we would have known and went through your company a long time ago... Everything was done so fast and very professionally..
