You processed this loan very quickly compared to other refinances I've done. Pretty straight forward process. I will continue to use you whenever I decide to refinance.

LoanDepot took my money for a loan they refinanced and closed. When asked they said it is my responsibility to stop auto payment for a loan that is payed-off. I am not sure why they can't check the loan current balance before taking the payment. or Tell the customer to stop the payment on existing loan. Now because of this double dipping, I have been chasing to get my money back. ETA 4 to 6 weeks.
To be honest I was a little apprehensive about dealing with an online banker versus a brick and mortar establishment but ***** was wonderful. Polite, confident, and personable just to name a few vibes I felt while taking with him. So far working with your people has been a very comfortable experience; I can only hope that it continues that way.
Very satisfied with the customer service, very professional, very accurate. they gave us a good rate we are very happy with the decision to go with Loan Depot.
TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH- TOOK ALL MY INFO SAID IT WAS STREAMLINE PROCESS- THEY SAID LOAD WAS APPROVED THEN ASKED FOR MORE INFO, AND THEN MORE , AND THEN MORE.... TERRIBLE COMPANY
