Recently completed a refinance with LoanDepot.com. From our initial conversation until the last I dotted and T crossed, it was a great experience. Their remote team was responsive, knowledgeable and up to the minute on status. Also very flexible, arranging a remote closing while I was away on vacation. Will recommend to others!
I have been trying to get my escrow refund for 6 months! I have called over 60 times with no success. Loan Depot always says they will call me back but NEVER call back. I have bee working with the "Resolution" team for months with no call back. This should be criminal what they are doing.
I spoke to *******************,who was very capable and knows her Trade well. She was very comfortable to talk to,and easy to trust. We discussed a range of topics related to my home here in Elko,and tossed ideas back and forth about options I might want to look at later,when my Fiance is here to offer her input as well.

refuses to comply with do not call requests. employees play "this is my first time calling you " there seems to be no chiefs available to discuss the complaint with.

This is my second time using the agency. My loan agent was on vacation and should have put someone else in charge of my situation there was 3 weeks where I was asked for nothing and then when it came time to close I was delayed 3 days due to underwriting. Which could have been avoided. That being said I loved that my cash to close was reduced by a few thousand and they worked to get me a better credit score as well as a better rate without points.
