I was told verbally that there is biweekly payments before I signed the loan. After I signed, loan depot said its not possible. I feel cheated and will never ever recommend loandepot to anyone. Right from the beginning of this process, the staff were unresponsive. The staffs dont are have any knowledge on their own services. No one calls or returns emails on time. The worst experience I have had so far in my experience.
