Over all it was great experience from beginning to end. The initial ******************* for info collection was very positive. Every step was well explained and I was asked many times if I understood. The actual process of paperwork and credit checks were all professionally done. I was assigned a coordinator whom I had communication with from beginning to end at closing. She checked with me multiple times to verify. It was a great experience. I am very satisfied!

My dealings with Loandepot mortgage process was extremely stressful and their entire process needs work. My settlement needed to be pushed due to their lack of urgency. Communication was slow to respond to my follow up emails. Request for documents came in 1 at a time instead of a complete list of needed documents. The requests would come days apart and multiple times a day when they did come. I did a cash out refinance. The process was smooth and quick. I applied 10/1/21 and set to close on 11/12/21. I closed on 11/5/21. Highly recommend to anyone! ************************* out if ********* ** made the process quick and easy. Thank yall!

It was disappointing experience. The processing was super slow and manual. The processing agent was confused most of the times and the documentation system was pretty ad hoc and manual. If given option I would choose a competitor vs loandepot any day. Just take a quote and go to some place better
