Said I was approved and sent an loan estimate letter so we let my other loan guy go for the % was better but when they drop you it makes no difference what the percentage is. Now its just a headache ??

Our loan refinance went very smoothly and was quick. Everyone that we dealt with was very knowledgeable and kind. Rating is not 5 star because the actual signing of paperwork is ridiculous. No need for most of the forms in this day and age with computers doing most of the work.

After I tried unsuccessfully to just get some general information from my "big" bank mortgage representative, I went back to a local loan officer I had used a few years before on a deal that ultimately fell though.She was now with Loan Depot. The entire porcess was smooth and easy. Response time to any questions was very quick. Loan wrapped up right on time with no glitches.Highly recommend Loan Depot.
