Initial call went well, however after asking for additional time to get my documentation uploaded, agent became aggressive, pushy, and rude.

Working with Loan Depot was very easy and they were very efficient. I had called other lenders prior to Loan Depot and by far they have the most helpful people and easiest process. They explained all my options and educated me on the different type of refinancing options.

Was very easy refinancing, didn't need an appraisal and everything went smooth, jumped back and forth several times with needing pay stubs and different things, but was done I believe around 30 days from start to finish, and wasn't charged an arm and a leg, I'm happy!!!
