Extremely helpful every step of the way. ************** was so knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He stayed In communication all the time and made this entire process as easy as possible. We had many bump in the road, and it helped that he was always patient and had clear communication. I never felt lost, or that the team working with me wasnt 110% doing what was best for us every step of the way. Absolutely loved my experience and would never use anyone else if I chose to buy again.

the loan application was approved fast the only think i did not like was that they demanded to pay of all of my credit cards not allowing me to do so myself. some credit cards they did not pay the correct amount so they over payed and some they under payed. some over payments were to appliance stores which i may never use again. So in the process of trying to not get a store credit by to return to me my balance. That was my only dissatisfaction with loan depot.

Changed the loan amount from final disclosure $170000 to $173000 at signing and refund amount went from $1800 to $307. I feel like I have been lied to and taken advantage of.
