I had such a wonderful experience with Loan Depot! My loan officer as well as all the support staff were some of the most professional and responsive folks I've ever worked with. There digital document signing and document portal was easy to navigate and extremely convenient. I will recommend them without hesitation!
With all the con games that seem to pry on the elderly, I'm in my 70's. This Lender was the most transparent, easily explained the entire process from start to fundng and did this process in exactly 3 weeks for my refi cash out loan!!!Thank you LENDING Tree ?
I initially spoke to a Loan officer over the phone about 3mo. ago and he gave me a quote on total loan closing cost and said it he guaranteed would not go any higher than that so I moved forward with application and paid for appraisal. Next after a few weeks they sent me a closing disclosure and come to find out the cost were much higher than the loan officer said so I reach out to him and he said they would correct. All of the staff I dealt with was courteous, knowledgable, professional and responsive. From start to finish the process was completed smoothly and timely. The only issue I ever had was the typical problem having to wait for the nitpicking underwriters to review and finish their endlelss questioning.
The process was easy and extremely quick. Granted, some things were completed before contacting Loan Depot on a refinance, but once everything was put together, I was signing documents and paying loans off in just a couple of weeks. Terrific service and if I ever need a loan or know of someone who does, I'll strongly suggest Loan Depot.Thank you.
Great communication, fast process and very competitive rates. Closed on my cash out refi in a matter of weeks.
