Loan Depot could not have done a better job! They were friendly, informative and helpful.
Our re-finance experience with Loan Depot was better than our original mortgage with them 9/2020. The team kept us well informed vis email and phone calls of our progress and closing occurred within the expected time frame. Would definitely use them again.

Numbers NEVER matched. Even at closing. They still owe several thousand dollars based on thr ALTA .vs the estimate. Made changes to the agreement without speaking or emailing with me. FOUR different loan officers, and none of them were in line with the other. They send me a survey asking what they did well. I replied: Not a G-D thing!I will NEVER do this again!Where's my money????
