loanDepot did a refi for me last year and again this year. When I advised they were not the best off that I received this 2nd time around they went over and above to knock it out of the ballpark and each time a company would try to outbid them they would revise the offer again to my benefit. The process was easy and the team was just as knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with as my 1st refi with. Loan depot was always quick to return calls and make this a smooth process
Not good business practice. They fudge numbers when doing home values. I just don't trust this lender. They will quote one loan then come back with another quote later in the process. Follow through is horrible as well.
I worked with a wonderful loan team. Everyhting was explained before any decisions were made. Immediate responses were given for every question, e-mail, or phone call.
The refinance on our home was incredibly smooth and easy. Everyone at Loan Depot was knowledgeable and during the entire process we felt informed, never confused. I have never been involved in a mortgage process that was this comfortable. Loan Depot gets 5 stars and a hearty thumbs up, I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance.
