Very unprofessional staff. Will not give you true information in the beginning. After running your credit report, they will show the actual facts. I have excellent credit report so not willing everyone to keep running my score. Two loan consultants - *********************************** and *******************- try not to deal with them.

To whom ever this will reach (I will also copy BBB) of my complaint In the month of December I have paid in the amount of $21,000 to pay off the note by end of year. However, when I tried to pay off the note I no longer had the option to make a payment online. I reached out to your "chat with us" which they informed me that I would have to request a payoff note, which will cost me to have your company generate a letter. FRAUDULENT! They phoned me, not the other way around. I explained that I had just closed on my mortgage, which was a 30 year fixed @ ****% with about $2,500 in closing costs. My loan officer said they will beat it substantially, so please soft-apply.After going through all the rigamarole, they offered ****% with about $10,000 closing costs. What a bargain! What a waste of time! What a lie! What a terrible company!

If I had a chance to do it all over, I would avoid Loan Depot. They reel you in with competency and great customer service. Once you are committed that all goes away.We cashed out on a refinance on our home that included paying off our unsecured debt. I did not realize that I was going to be sent individual checks made out to each credit account that I have to mail out. Now, granted we accumulated a lot of debt but to have to send 21 checks through the postal service is beyond ridiculous. As an older person even I find that ... read more
