Worst experience ever it took over 3 months for the loan. Had 5 different approval letters and still asking for more info. This was a loan on a paid off house, free and clear. Wanted 100k on an appraised amount of 650k. No loss potential for them at all
As a 1st time home buyer I had a lot of questions. Some days I called more than once . Mr ******* Camay was amazing from start to finish. Taking his time to explain procedures like uploading documents, when I felt like a deer in the headlights. My experience with loan depot and every single representative I spoke to was nothing but helpful, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend Loan depot to anyone buying a home. I had heard loan depot took forever to close their loans. My wife and I gave them everything they requested up front ahead of any closing process so we could be pre approved. Then when we reached a point of closing and that process, they asked for all the things we had already given them all over again. As frustrating as that was we again gave them everything they asked for. The final straw for me was that never in the process was my child support brought up.
