BEWARE!! They costs me thousands.Extremely poor communication and documentation and account handling. Bought a cookie cutter home that prefers to work with LoanDepot. 5 months in, they randomly send me an escrow check for "escrow overage" with no other document or notice. Two months later, I get 3 of 5 2020 tax bills in the mail they did not pay. So they increase my mortgage payment by $550 a month to cover the 2020 taxes and say to pay them $5k lump sum to lower my payment back to normal. Paid $2.5k to cover those taxes and... read more
