Loan depot dumb girl called me and asked me about refinancing my house. I told her I was not interested and she proceeded a couple more times to get info. I told her after the 3rd time. I was good and not interested. She hung up on me. So freaking rude. From now on. I will be doing the same!!

I made a loan application and I'm getting literally 6 calls a day from loan depot trying to upsell me on services. I was very explicit with the caller that I'm home dealing with COVID and she kept trying to talk about loan depot's benefits. I told them not to call be any more and they still keep calling. I AM SICK WITH COVID AND NOT UP TO PHONE CALLS. What part of that is hard to understand?Meanwhile, no one has reached out to me about the actual loan. If this is how your company operates, I don't want any part of it.
