Loan depot was the right decision for me to refinance my VA home loan. They completed everything in a timely manner, were professional and got me an excellent rate! Poor service. I submitted all necessary documents and then never heard back???? Took me forever to get things together and then sent...submitted....NO WORD. I personally would not recommend them.

LoanDepot will send you advertisements indicating you can refinance. They will offer you the best rate, however, they won't actually get the the loan done. You will be strung along for months, they will tell you that the file is progressing fine and in review. Then they will come back asking for more documentation, then they will go silent and then they will decline you. Then, they will send you more advertisements and send you to a retention team.
