This is the third time we used Thompson Creek for a project (previously replaced 17 windows in two different projects), As in the previous projects the overall experience was fantastic from the estimation to the installation. This time we replaced several sliding patio doors and like the windows the workmanship was excellent. I picked Thompson Creek because I wanted to support our local families and businesses. We replaced 12 windows and plan on doing the rest. I've been very impressed. Once the windows are done we plan on getting around to replacing a few doors as well.
Had new back entry door and front storm door installed. Crew did a fantastic job! This is my third time using Thompson Creek as I've had them install every window in my house and also do my gutters. Great customer service! Well worth every penny spent.
We love my new doors. A great new look and excellent security. Had a wonderful experience with Thompson Creek. Three new entry and storm doors were all installed and finished in one day. Three great technicians did an amazing job. Cleaned everything up. Have already noticed how much quieter the house is, and also the heat and air are running less often. You can't go wrong with the quality of Provia products which they installed.

The install crew arrived around 9am on the day of the installation and started right to work. The crew was very professional and they worked together the whole time to get my windows installed. The installers were very well trained to do the job. They had to remove security bars from the windows and replaced the bars.
