The patio door is fantastic East open and double locking is what we were looking for and it has past the test with flying colors We are in our late 70’s early. 80’s so the easier it is the better Thank you so much great job

I had contracted early in 2022 and been told the job should be done in April and sure enough in April I was notified that the windows would be put in the two days I had planned on. In view of all the current problems with supply I was pleasantly surprised. They do advertise that the windows are made locally and that that makes a difference and obviously that is true. First impression with the salesperson was excellent. Very good knowledge of product. However, the project manager appointment to measure the windows required a 4-hour time window for us to be home. Having accepted this with protest, the project manager did not appear within the 4-hour window, nor did he attempt to contact us to say that he could not honor this considerably long time period for an appointment. I chose Thompson Creek based on their reputation with other family and friends. I was not disappointed. The service was A-1 from beginning until the project was complete.
