The professionalism was great from beginning to end. Although the installation date was longer than desired, it was well worth the wait. The main point is to consider the windows you have now, are they hard to open, will they stay up once they are open, are there drafts coming from the window, etc. Our old windows were around 38 years old. Very happy with salesman to installation team. I will purchase windows from Thompson creek when it is time for replacement. I am happy with my new slider and the craftsmanship. Had two sliders that needed replaced. One would be replaced with two windows and the other would replace the the slide. After removing the first slider, we found the floor rotted out. They replaced the wood and made it right prior to installing the new window. the second slider install was quick and easy with no rot. They were very professional and tidy. they even vacuumed our outside furniture of saw dust. So far we are very pleased with the install.

Thompson Creek was amazing to work with. They replaced a very old and rotting bay window in no time at all. The installation crew was in and out in under 4 hours and left no trace whatsoever. The window is beyond amazing. We chose to do a flat/flush window instead of a bay window and it blends perfectly with the rest of the house. Would recommend them again and again!
