Well! First off, my wife I and weren't going to go with the first company we met with. You were the first company we met with! The young man who came to meet with us new your product and explained and presented your product exceptionally well. Beautiful job on our new siding and gutters! Job was completed in the time allotted. Project managers and the crew were responsive and professional.
I'm very pleased with my windows. The installers were very professional, efficient and friendly. They removed the old windows and cleaned up thoroughly. Kudos to everyone.

I got the clog free gutters. The salesguy told me they were on a 5wk schedule, but the project manager was able to schedule the installation for the following week. The whole process was easy and the gutters look great and work perfectly. They made sure the fascia boards were in good condition. They communicated with me throughout as well as sending a thank you jar of mini cookies after the process was complete!

Difficult to work with. When we bought our house we had no idea the windows had a lifetime warranty that needed to be transferred to us within 30 days and the seller didn't tell us. When we realized this and tried to get the warranty transferred they wouldn't do it because the 30 days had passed. These windows are less than 1 year old and now a lifetime warranty is voided? That's a shame that there isn't more leniency here (especially since transferring requires an inspection by thompson creek anyway).
