The crew that was scheduled to come between 8-10 am and they arrived at 7:50, actually the first time that I can remember that someone came before their due time. There were 4 gentleman that attended to the installation of the windows and right of the top I felt really comfortable of them being there, they actually felt more like friends than people that were to perform work at my house. From beginning to end, Thompson Creek was amazing. Every person that came by was so friendly. They truly adopt you into the Thompson Creek family the minute you purchase the windows. The demo and 50 year warranty won me and my grandmother over. The administrative side down to the work being done was amazing. I received emails, phone calls and more to make sure I was comfortable and all questioned were answered. The work was completed within about 8 hours or so. This was the second time we used Thompson Creek to replace our windows. We used them first in 2017 to do a whole house window replacement for our townhouse. Fast forward a few years and we moved to a single family home. It was no question who we were going to obtain a quote from. When they came out, they only recommended that we replace the lower level windows as they were the original windows from 1978. Professionals from beginning estimate to measurement and installation of sliding glass door. Every representative with whom I spoke was pleasant and patient, answering all of the questions I had. The installation team was efficient and worked in a timely manner, completing the job in several hours plus. They cleaned up their work space and left everything in perfect order. The young gentleman (Gyasi L*****) who came yo our house for the initial Thompson Creek interview was very professional, neat, and informative. We completed a contact with them, and 15 days later we had schedule date June 30th for our new doors. They arrived ontime 2 men installed are doors less then 3 hours.
