Second person (visit two) Double check measurements and construction related entries. Installation: Three installers. Two entrance doors with frames, Two storm doors. And some carpentry work. Don't walk run away, get another company. So in June we had Thompson Creek come out and give us a quote for a new front door with new screen door. After they gave us the military discount. We figured we give them a chance. They initially told us we were looking at end of August beginning of September for the door to be installed. Excellent sales and installation team. Great to have a company that services what they sell, and such a great warranty. We had over 25 windows replaced just in time for the inclement weather here in Virginia Beach. Thompson Creek installation team led by Moses removed the old windows, installed the new ones, and then cleaned up afterwards. Even cleaned the new windows’ glass. We’re very happy with our experience.
I had all my windows and entry door replaced on Black Friday of this year. The product, installation and the team sent to do the installation were top notch. This is the second home I’ve owned and used Thompson Creek’s products in for replacing the original windows. I highly recommend them to family and friends when they are thinking of replacing windows and / or doors. Their service and standing behind their product, which they build themselves, is the primary reason I went with them again.
