We purchased a patio door and screen from Thompson Creek and found their service was far above par. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product and easy to talk to. The installation was a work of art and the installation crew was on the job from time of arrival til the job was over. I am very pleased with the product and the personnel.
HORRIBLE PRODUCT DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR WINDOWS. My neighbor had windows from Thompson Creek installed and they use such cheap thin glass that it is bowing and reflecting the light and causing the siding on my house to melt. They take no responsibility. I hope my house does not catch on fire. I'd like to begin a class action suit if anyone else has this same issue. Our experience with Thompson Creek Windows. We had the sales man come to our home and he measured our 11 windows for insulation. We were interested in a more sound deadening window therefore we ultimately purchased their top of the line window the “Sound Shield” window. After signing the contract and placing our deposit the work was scheduled. As I sat down that evening and reviewed the contract, I was surprised to see measurements for 12 windows.
