I wish I could give them ZERO stars! They came to replace a door which is beautiful but when doing so they removed our ring camera and messed up the wiring. Our camera hasn't worked since the day they replaced the door. We had more than one technician come out and confirm that yes, Thompson Creek did mess up the wiring when putting the camera back and that there's a screw in the wires. First of all. Theyare an honest company After initial cost estimate a few days later contacted me to say the job would cost about $200 less than quoted. How rare! Everyone, including installers were nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Quality product.. High marks for this family owned business.

After spending upwards of $90k with this company for whole house siding and window replacement, we contracted them to add two windows during our renovation. They installed the windows, but neglected to install the proper trim and caulk which would match their previously completed work. Although it was included in the quote, they have yet to rectify the situation. Their customer service is abysmal - avoid this company!

My husband and I contracted Thompson Creek to replace windows in our condo but they were a no-show on their scheduled installation date. Though they had confirmed the installation appointment several times, our windows had not yet been manufactured by that date due to an erroneously retained Homeowner's Association (HOA) hold on the order. Two workers came on a very cold day to replace our front door and our garage double doors with beautiful blue insulated fiberglass doors. They worked consistently throughout the day removing our old doors and installing our new doors. No cats escaped! The difference in the garage was amazing in terms of temperature and sound. I had a new kitchen window installed, and I was pleased with the service. From the initial contact on the phone, the salesman who showed me all my window choices, the follow up tech who did the measurements, and the crew who installed the window. All were efficient and very polite. I will certainly contact your company again. The company is based in Maryland and windows are made in the USA>

Thompson Creek replaced all 22 of my windows. The team was efficient and professional. The windows were installed in a day which was amazing given the amount of work that needed to be accomplished. I love my new windows! They are easy to care for and amazingly efficient. My heating and cooling bills have decreased which is a big plus. I would recommend Thompson Creek to anyone who want to replace their windows.

All the Thompson Creek staff involved were excellent and professionals from the beginning of the sale to the install. They go over and above to ensure you get what you want, answer your questions (and answer ones you didn't know you had!), and keep you informed throughout the process. Love my new back entry door! I would definitely recommend Thompson Creek to others.
