We ordered gutters from Thompson Creek in January, 2022 and were told they would be installed in six weeks. After six weeks, we were told that they forgot to put us on the list and then scheduled and rescheduled us several more times. Finally in May they partially installed the gutters and then left. After numerous phone calls, the gutters were finally completed IN JUNE! They do not return phone calls, have poor customer service and give numerous excuses. I would not recommend this company for any services they offer.

In September 2020, Thompson Creek replaced three windows and a sliding glass door in our house. We spent $7,464 and we were pleased with the product and the installation. Today, I called Thompson Creek to get information on how to lift out the movable sliding glass door, in order to provide a few more inches of opening width to allow us to move a new refrigerator into the house and the old one out. I would not recommend this company for bath remodeling. I initially called out the company Jacuzzi Bath Remodel for a quote on redoing the wet area of my bathroom. I later find out, Thompson Creek would be the company installing the tub, which is not what I was told when signing the contract. Thompson Creek is listed nowhere on any of the contracts I signed. I have used Thompson Creek over the last 10 years to replace 6-8 windows at a time and every experience has been wonderful. I live in a home with many windows, so I needed to be able to trust that the windows would be put in well, would last, and that there is follow up if I have a problem. The windows are all gorgeous and make me happy every time I look at them or open them for fresh air! And it is always a pleasure working with Thompson Creek. Thank you for thrilling this customer!

We are extremely pleased with Thompson Creek. The windows are awesome. TC did everything as promised from sales to delivery. We immediately noticed a difference in the sounds coming into the house and expect energy costs to go down. The installers were very professional and efficient replaced our windows and patio sliding door in under a day and a half. No complaints and would recommend them to anyone.

Thomspon Creek team was professional and did a fabulous job. We will use Thompson again for phase two of the window replacement project. All team members were great to work with, from sales to the customer service team, scheduling, pre-install walk thru, and finally the install team. Yami and the team were professional and did a great job teaching me how to care for and use my windows.

Thompson Creek has no intention of holding up their promise of a warranty. My buyers purchased a home equipped with Thompson Creek windows, installed in 2019. The buyers have made every attempt to contact the company to transfer the warranty, and they absolutely never return a single phone call. The impossible protocol as far as we can gather is this: 1. I am so pleased with the beautiful front entrance Thompson Creek provided my home. The door and sidelight arrived on time and was quickly and professionally installed by your technicians. Your project manager was on site to insure all went well. The new entrance is beautiful and fits perfectly. When I requested the deadbolt lock and entrance lever be keyed the same, the order was taken, a date given for the change, and as before, the new lock was delivered and installed exactly as promised.
