We love our new windows!!!! The Escobar crew arrived on time, they were very thorough, cleaned up at end of day and came back on time the next day to complete the job. Excellent service, quality and price for these new windows. Highly recommend. The project managers who came to check on the work are also to be commended, they asked us how we felt it was going and if we had questions, or concerns. I am recommending to a co-worker who is looking to purchase new windows.

First, we had three estimates for our windows, and Thompson Creek was by far the most expensive. We decided to go with them because the representative was very thorough and the quality of the windows shown was what we thought made the most sense. On the day of the final measurements I had taken off of work, but the representative did not show for the appointment. When I called customer service I was told that the measurement representative was not coming out that day and the appointment was postponed for 2 more weeks (after ... read more
