We love our new windows!!!! The Escobar crew arrived on time, they were very thorough, cleaned up at end of day and came back on time the next day to complete the job. Excellent service, quality and price for these new windows. Highly recommend. The project managers who came to check on the work are also to be commended, they asked us how we felt it was going and if we had questions, or concerns. I am recommending to a co-worker who is looking to purchase new windows.

First, we had three estimates for our windows, and Thompson Creek was by far the most expensive. We decided to go with them because the representative was very thorough and the quality of the windows shown was what we thought made the most sense. On the day of the final measurements I had taken off of work, but the representative did not show for the appointment. I am amazed at how professional they are and how the workmanship and pride they take in their product and installation! I had a different company before and had to go through disputes to get “theirs” replaced with Thompson Creek! I should have gone with Thompson Creek in the first place. Working with Thompson Creek was a great experience from start to finish. Our door is absolutely stunning and we could not be happier with it and with all of the staff we came in contact with! Will definitely be a return customer!
While the installers were 1 1/2 hours late, they were courteous and efficient in installing the storm door. The storm door is of itself high quality and was properly installed. However, as was explained to me by the sales representative as well as others, the project manager never showed up to inspect the finished installed product. However, all in all, I am happy with the storm door. Please do not sell my personal information to other companies.
The service people that I finally dealt with, the installation, and the products are very good. All my windows and my patio door are from Thompson Creek and I have no complaints with the products. And the sales rep that finally arrived the second time around was absolutely excellent! However, the first sales rep assigned to visit never showed up or called. No explanation given.
