Thompson Creek was terrific to work with. The total experience was 5 star. Starting with a terrific, low pressure sales rep, to friendly customer service to helpful financing to great, capable installers, to follow up after installation. They even sent me a jar of cookies to thank me for my business. Wow! I would highly recommend Thompson Creek!
I got a real good deal on a door and they were professional. They were timely and the work was done exceptionally.
The crew was very courteous and efficient, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. And the windows are fantastic - they made an amazing difference in the temperature and noise levels throughout our house! I highly recommend Thompson Creek!

Amazing, professional job with our new door + storm door. The color is amazing and we get compliments all the time. Great customer service and follow up. There was confusion regarding the screen door (mesh) insert for our storm door. Thompson Creek provided it for free! They have been very professional throughout the entire experience. They are not cheap, but they are worth the extra expense. We would definitely use them for any follow on work, to include windows.
