Installation was canceled at the last minute. We were very disappointed when told to wait three weeks for a new date. The company agreed to come out after we complained and threatened a bad review. Our work is pending as of the moment. No compensation for our inconvenience was offered.
Customer Service is extremely poor. 2 months later and we have a non-functional door. Workmanship on first install is awful. I'm completely disappointed in everything about this process.
Recommendedit was a pleasure having your company install all 20 windows completely in 1 1/2 days. The installers work non stop and very professional. Donald came by both days and both days inspected each window inside and out. love the flex screens best invention ever. before the installers left they cleaned the areas completely of debris from packaging and cutting. I love the new look and cant hear alot from outside anymore. Thank you for your services to help make my house beautiful inside and out.
I had 8 windows installed this am. The crew was pleasant and professional, and the results look wonderful. They were here early (politely) and finished promptly. They were very tidy and quiet. One of the best contractor experiences I have had. Disclosure: I have had Thompson windows before and have been impressed with the quality and the service.
Highest quality materials and workmanship. Installers are the most talented among contractors I've used in the 27 years I've owned my house. Windows and doors provide excellent insulation. Worth the higher price.
This is a second time that I schedule a service appointment for my gutters that were installed my Thompson Creek, and no one arrives nor calls to cancel. I called today at 4pm and spoke with a woman named Destiny who told me twice that the technician is stating they are at my home. She then advises she will call back and it’s now been 45 minutes and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I don’t understand as a company why you can’t just call to cancel or to re-schedule? You must stop your harassing marketing calls. I have received multiple calls daily from your salespeople. I never approached the company about getting a quote. I have asked to be removed from your call list. This has been ignored repeatedly. Consequently, I have reported you to Yelp and Angie's List. Today you get reported to the FCC, FTC and the Better Business Bureau.
Too many layers of bureaucracy between original contact and final installation. Service was not good after original installation left us with a loose and crooked door handle; a promised callback to set up service was not made, and I had to re-institute the request for an employee to come fix it.
Two ways: 1. By responding to my "Contact Us" email describing how their employee used our condo community dumpster (the one we pay to have our trash collected from) to throw away the 6-8 windows he replaced, instead of disposing of them correctly at his own facility. And 2. By ensuring that their trifling-azz employees don't throw the windows they replace in communities' dumpsters.
