We had this window installed 11 days ago. About an hour after it was installed, this bubbling started to occur. We called them back when we noticed and was told we would get a call back to schedule a time to fix it. They called us back later that day but we were out doing errands so they said they would call back again. We've had our new widows and sliding door for a few months now. The style recommendations made at the confirmation appointment were excellent an we are very happy with the quality of the windows and the styles we chose.
My install was in January 2017, as of today, I am still waiting on my storm door to be fixed. Totally unprofessional!
Thompson Creek replaced 20 windows in our home 2 of them picture windows and all of our gutters, we were so pleased with the customer service and installers.

Their sales staff was always patient and helpful, their installers proficient and neat, and their after sale staff concerned with your well being. I made an appointment and the company confirmed the time several times. Then no one showed up for the appointment. When I complained, I was told that the representative had written the time of the appointment down incorrectly. This is a sloppy, inefficient company. Do not deal with it unless you like sloppy and rude.
Arrived in the time window promised. Installed the windows and cleaned up and cleaned the windows before leaving. Well done.
