RecommendedCrew showed up early and got to work. They were very pleasant and polite. The price was very competitive and the scheduler called every step of the way. A gentleman came after work was done and checked everything. Highly recommend!
We had Thompson Creek come out to replace 100 year old windows on the entire first floor of our 100 year old house. Construction on an older home is always stress inducing. You never know what could happen in a house this old. The install went flawlessly and seamlessly! My husband (who is a contractor himself) and I are both very happy and impressed! Handle their customer complaints better
Used Thompson Creek to replace/install guttering (existing home and new addition). Kelsey our install contact point and Daniel our in-house rep were most supportive and responsive during the process. Some communication issues with the 2-member crew. Ran into some unanticipated adjustments to how downspouts were installed. Still waiting for a written explanation as to why they had to make the change. Otherwise so far, so good.
