Handle their customer complaints better
RecommendedUsed Thompson Creek to replace/install guttering (existing home and new addition). Kelsey our install contact point and Daniel our in-house rep were most supportive and responsive during the process. Some communication issues with the 2-member crew. Ran into some unanticipated adjustments to how downspouts were installed. Still waiting for a written explanation as to why they had to make the change. Otherwise so far, so good.
