They get at least one star because, so far, the roof and windows/doors haven't leaked. But settle down for a story. We hired Thompson Creek for our roof, as well as windows/doors. The roof crew was a no show for the first scheduled day. No contact from either TC or the company they contracted the roof to. No one came. The process to get an estimate was simple. A professional rep came to my house and was pleasant to work with. He showed me samples of their products and explained in detail why the quality was superior to other available patio door products on the residential market.
Very happy with the product and service delivered by the Thompson Creek team. As promised the install was completed in one day. The work site was left in good condition. The installed windows look terrific and we are very pleased.
For almost a year I have been trying to get this company to fix and finish a project. Numerous phone calls followed by lengthy email threads are ongoing. The only calls I get are from uninformed reps looking for final payment. Still unresolved. The Better Business Bureau is now getting my complaint against your incompetent company.
We’ve been trying for a week to get in touch with the service department to fix a problem with our door that is rendering it unsafe and nearly unusable. We’ve left several messages and chatted with a representative online. We have yet to receive a call back from the service department. You do still have a service department, don’t you?
