Bought 25 windows. So far 2 out of 4 will not work properly after pulling in to clean. The one will not stay up the other I had to force to go up. They are evenly set. Wait time for repair is a month. Was sent videos to watch for window operation. I was called 3 days later to make appointment for repairman to check/repair windows. I took leave from work-was home prior to their intended arrival but no one showed up. They will take your money but for mine the odds of having quality windows is bleak to say the least.
RecommendedYeshua bless American businessmen dispite the criminal DNC traitor politicians who have reaked destruction on our economy to destroy American businesses. I appreceate Thompson Creek WIndow Company for their persistance in seeking my business. Unfortunatley the DNC criminal politicians have also robbed me of my ability to hire anyone to do anything I need done. I have to do it myself when and if I have the finances to do it.
Do not call Thompson Creek to inquire about roof replacement. They will harass you even after you've already had the work done by somebody else. Courtney from Thompson Creek calls 3 or 4 times a day.
They will NOT stop calling. Got my 3 quotes two months ago and they call me almost every day. Take a freaking hint and stop!
For 16 years now we have been having problems with this company. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH EVER. On July 2 this year a repairman was here to fix a window, told us they would be back to us within a week. Next Tuesday marks 2 months again of lousy service. These people lie and lie and lie. I've never had to deal with anyone like this with housing issues ever. Recommended a friend who is building a custom house to stay as far away from these people as possible. Don't let them do anything with you.
We are very happy with our Thompson Creek replacement windows! Our installation was a good experience. The crew worked hard all day with no breaks to finish, that was a ten hour day. Our experience was positive from sales and customer service through installation, we definitely recommend Thompson Creek Window Company!
