Kelsey, my Project Manager was extremely knowledgeable and the install crew was prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and were professional in every way. Thompson Creek is actually one of the best companies I've with whom I've ever dealt. Oh- and the product- surperb! 5 stars all around.

@ThompsonCreek another issue with your co. We had windows replaced by you & it took 4 tries to get a correct sash. No apologies, no nothing. Now, apparently, the windows you installed aren’t to code. Appointment today canceled with no notice. Horrible customer service

we already have a scratch on our very expensive door which was installed less than 1 year ago. We chose thompson creek and the door because they assured us that this door would be stronger than our current door at the time (which lasted more than 10 years). Now they want us to pay for repair. Obviously, they don't stand behind their products...
