well the windows are okay nothing too special installation crew was great but after the windows were installed I got four phone calls and a text message asking for reviews and feedback I keep telling Thompson I work you keep calling me at work and I don't want to leave a review or feedback and I keep getting harassed by Thompson window company leave me alone you monsters
RecommendedWe had all new windows installed and are loving our new windows and the energy savings. Less wear & tear on our AC unit and furnace. Easy to clean our new double hungs. The crew that installed was wonderful and cleaned up perfectly. We are totally satisfied. Beautiful job and beautiful windows !

I contacted Thompson Creek to install gutters on my home. From my Sales Rep, Simon Santos, to the Project Coordinator, Kelly Gorsche, to the installers and project inspectors it was a 5 star job. All personnel were timely, professional and accommodating. Thanks you for a job well done.
I would not recommend this company. They put adds in my mailbox 3 times a week. If they would open their eyes I have new replacement windows already installed. I have called and ask them to take me off their mailing list “we can’t, it’s the post office”. It’s worst than the robo calls, don’t support this type business.
Great install of 9 windows and a set of French doors. They came despite severe thunderstorm warnings and even a tornado warning in the morning. Installers were very thorough and polite. The guy who installed the French doors was very exacting and took time to make sure it was perfect! When they accidentally broke a post cap on our back deck, the job supervisor had me order one from Home Depot, then he gave me cash from his pocket to reimburse me for the cost!
